The Architizer A+ Awards is the largest awards program focused on promoting and celebrating the year’s best architecture and spaces.
The Piha Bunker is on a winning streak after 14 years of planning and building.
Designed by Architect Chris Tate, this minimal, brutalist pavilion balanced on concrete V stilts was Home of Architecture’s Overall Home of the Year winner in 2025.
