Beyond The State

My latest publishing collaboration Beyond The State is fresh off the press.

The celebration of a national treasure, this book explores both the history and contemporary adaptions of New Zealand’s state houses through the knowledgeable writings of Bill McKay, Associate head of the School of Architecture and Planning at the University of Auckland and Andrea Stevens, Architect, Editor of Design Guide and Author.

It was my pleasure to photograph both lovingly cared for homes in original condition and respectfully renovated versions of state houses across the country.
